This Is Pretty Cool

Two Chaska teens have completed a 2,250 mile journey from Chaska to Hudson Bay via canoe. It took them 49 days. I have to admit, that's pretty incredible. I think I've been in a canoe once and I wasn't very good at it- but it's always been something I thought would be kind of cool. I remember in 4th Grade, we had like a whole year on the history of Iowa and we saw all these videos about how fur traders (French ones) got around on the Mississippi mainly via canoe. Pretty cool. I'd like to maybe get into the whole canoe thing when I have the space, time and money to actually afford a canoe.
